Here I am trying this new skill out for the first time.
So far, it seems somewhat painless. {WINK} I hope to accomplish a few things with this blog. First, share my projects with my friends. Next, keep my current friends and associates up on what is happening in my life and with my crops. And finally, meet new friends from around the world that I can share ideas and fellowship with.
Here is a little about me:
I am happily married to a wonderful guy for 13 years. We have two beautiful girls (Elizabeth and Grace). Elizabeth will be three years old this month and her sister turns one in July. My husband and I were born on the same day in the same year (bizarre, huh). We went to different high schools together {he-he}. Being in the country, we grew up in neighboring towns, but had some of the same friends.
Scrapbooking is my passion, but I also enjoy ceramics, beading, cross stitching, and any other craft I can get my hands on. It also seems as though I have a flair for 'pack ratting' and am making an effort to clear out my clutter in order to free more time and space up for my girls. I am a Close To My Heart consultant and organize four local 12-hour crops per year. I have all of the toys, but no one seems to want to play {BooHoo}.
